Hay una realidad, el COVID19 está y no se va a ir en menos de un año. Esto lo va a sentir la economía a nivel mundial. El marketing se está viendo afectado y las inversiones de las marcas necesitan orientación. Acá va el primer gran consejo, es un error retirar las pautas. Hablemos de eso y otras cosas.
El contexto nos muestra un cambio radical y muchas marcas están retirando sus inversiones en publicidad o acciones de marketing cuando eso las hará ver a la larga como una marca que desapareció en las malas y solo estuvo en las buenas. Esto es así de sencillo, hay que mover el barca hacia otros objetivos.
Es un gran momento para planificar. El momento de crisis está instalado, afecta a todos los rubros, no existen muchos consejos generales y toca ir rubro por rubro. Hay algunos que tienen que resistir y dedicarse a la planificación, así como otros pueden centrarse en productos o tips.
Hay muchas cosas que se pueden hacer. Es un momento donde la creatividad debe explotar. El conocimiento de tu mercado va a ser clave, vamos a encontrarnos con personas que en su desesperación van a mostrar su falta de manejo del rubro o la escasez de conocimientos sobre control de una crisis. Van a salir a flote quienes saben, verdaderos especialistas, en la crisis el humo no tiene cabida.
Es por eso que el análisis debe hacerse por rubro, no es correcto englobar. Dejar tips genéricos no va, es más, nunca fueron reales, pero tuvo que venir esta crisis para marcar a fuego el concepto. Estudiemos cada mercado, cada target, cada grupo, es la hora de entender que segmentar es lo correcto, otra gran lección que nos hace aprender a las malas esta pandemia.
No dejes de invertir en marketing, es más, es el mejor momento para conectar con tu audiencia, solo que de forma diferente. Saca los análisis o números que necesitas de tu rubro, tu target, tu buyer persona, tu mercado. Activa el manual de crisis, estamos en una y de ciertas acciones dependemos para salir de ella.
